Condominium active listing are down to 942 units which is decrease of 19% compared to the third quarter of 2017.
Median prices continued to rise across the Ville-Marie Borough, for condominiums ($398 500) a 16% increase compared to the third quarter of 2017. Which totalizes a 23% increase on a 5 year period.
